Therapeutic Recreation
Our Recreation Department works with each patient and resident to determine what activities they would enjoy, and that would increase their quality of life. They design the activity calendar based on this information. Our activities include:
- Java Music Club
- Bingo
- Pet Therapy
- Chair Yoga and other Exercise programs
- Movies
- And More....
The Recreation Department has books, radios, games, and computers available for use by our patients and residents.
Culinary Services
Our Executive Chef, Keith Brown and his team will work to ensure your food at Beechwood is as comfortable as home, or better! All of our meals are created and prepared on site and are made fresh each day.
In addition to our daily menu, you have the opportunity to order from our selective menu if you would prefer a different meal. Our culinary services staff works hand in hand with our registered dietitian who structures meal plans appropriate for your wellness goals.
If your meal does not satisfy you, Keith will meet with you directly for meal planning to help accommodate your desires as appropriate with your plan of care.
Rehabilitation
Beechwood offers Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy(OT), and Speech Therapy(ST) to both in-patients and out-patients. Read more....
