Hospice Care

Hospice Care while at Beechwood is coordinated by our Medical Director. We partner with five different hospice care agencies to provide our residents who require hospice care the services they need. Hospice care includes the emotional support for residents and their families. In addition we are able to provide:

Nurse Case Managers
Hospice Aids are available to assist with personal care needs
End of Life Counseling
Spiritual Care
Expressive Arts
Therapeutic Recreation Activities
Bereavement Counseling
Companionship and Respite
Complementary Hospitality Suite for overnight accomodations for hospice families
Hospitality Cart with food and beverages for hospice families
Specially trained staff in end of life care
